rm2 Drive bridge

A personal, self-hosted tool that keeps one Google Drive folder in sync with a reMarkable 2 tablet.

rm2 Drive bridge runs on its owner's own Raspberry Pi at home. It is not a public service: it is used by a single person, with that person's own Google account and tablet.

What it does

• Copies files from the Drive folder My Drive / reMarkable to the tablet. PDFs and EPUBs are copied as they are; Google Docs and Office files (docx, pptx, xlsx) are converted to PDF by Google Drive.
• Saves notebooks written on the tablet back to that folder as PDF, and saves handwritten notes on documents as an annotated PDF next to the original.
• Keeps folder names and file names the same on both sides.

Google data it uses

It asks for access to Google Drive so it can read, create and update files in the folder above. It does not read other Google data, does not share data with anyone, and does not show ads. Details are in the privacy policy.
